These plain-English terms apply when you buy The Pool Owner's Manual by Frank Diaz. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital book: a PDF and an EPUB, delivered by Gumroad right after purchase. The 14 worksheets and checklists are part of the PDF. There is no printed edition, and nothing is shipped.

Price

The price you pay is the one shown at Gumroad checkout. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read the book on your own devices and to print pages, including the worksheets, for your own use. Please don't share, resell, or post the files publicly. Everything in the book is © 2026 Frank Diaz.

General information, not professional advice

The book is general information and education about residential swimming pools in the United States. It is not a substitute for the label on any product, the manual for any piece of equipment, your local building, health, and water-discharge rules, or the judgment of a qualified professional. Where the book and a label or manual differ, follow the label or manual.

Pool chemicals, electricity, gas, pressurized equipment, and drain suction can injure and kill. You are responsible for how you use the information, for following product labels and equipment manuals, and for hiring a licensed professional where the book says to.

No guarantees

Results depend on your pool, your equipment, your climate, and how you apply the book. We make no guarantee of safe water, working equipment, or savings of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Frank Diaz is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the book.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because the book is a digital download delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds. The full table of contents and a plain list of what the book does not cover are on the sales page so you can decide before you buy. If a technical problem stops you from downloading or opening the files, reply to your Gumroad receipt email and we'll make sure you get working files. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to purchases made from that date on.
